Yes. With the Gaiyo App, you can travel on all Dutch public transport (train, bus, tram, and metro). You can easily purchase tickets directly in the app.
2. How do I plan a trip in the App?
- Open the Gaiyo App and click on “Plan a trip.”
- Enter your departure location and destination.
- You will see an overview of travel options.
- Select your desired date and time of departure or arrival.
- Select the trip that best suits your needs.
3. How do I purchase tickets in the App?
- After selecting a trip, you can view and purchase the corresponding tickets.
- After purchase, the tickets will appear immediately in the app under “Tickets & Reservations”.
4. How does business travel work in the app?
- When confirming your trip, select “Business account.”
- Select the appropriate trip purpose (e.g., Business or Commute).
- The costs will be automatically processed through your Gaiyo business account and (if applicable) your employer’s budget.
5. Where can I find my tickets?
All purchased tickets are listed in the Gaiyo App under the “Tickets & Reservations” menu. You can open them there and use them immediately at gates or checkpoints.
